If you are unable to attend, please plan to attend our make-up, Packet Day.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Please review school agreement forms with your family.

2. Print, initial and sign the Parent/Student Agreement, Photo Release (and, if applicable, Medical Authorization and FARE forms). BRING THESE WITH YOU TO PACKET DAY.

4. If Required to purchase a School Planner please make sure to bring cash to the front office.

5. *Kindergarten- bring immunization record. Seventh Grade – bring proof of TDAP vaccination.
