NEWLY ACCEPTED STUDENTS

Welcome To St. Jude School!

We’re excited to have you here! Below includes much of the information requested by our newly accepted families.

You will receive more extensive information from your assigned mentor family (families that have been at St. Jude School for more than year) prior to and throughout the 2022-2023 school year. The mentor family will:

•       provide support to help facilitate a smooth transition
•       offer insights about the SJS culture
•       be a resource for questions about the school (i.e. the SJS mission and values, history, events, along with resources available for building faith, school pride and student success).

August 17 – Packet Day and New Parent Orientation at noon

(Packet Day – parents come to the school to review and sign paperwork in order for their student to start school the following week. PTG is on-hand to explain volunteering and will have spirit wear for sale. Luke’s Closet gently used uniforms are also available. Newly accepted families attend the parent orientation at noon. If you cannot make it, a make-up packet day will occur the following Monday.)

August 22 – Make-up Packet Day

August 24 – First Day of School – noon dismissal

Tuition Management

We have partnered with Blackbaud Tuition Management to process and collect tuition for the 2022-2023 school year. Use code 76319.

School Uniforms

New uniforms can be purchased through Dennis Uniforms. Use code: SH00BA.

Gently used uniforms will be available monthly through our Luke’s Closet program. Luke’s Closet will be available in July (date TBD) and again at Packet Day/New Parent Orientation on August 17th.

Spirit Wear

Spirit wear can be purchased at our SJS Spirit Shop. Spirit wear can be worn Mondays only during the school year along with the school uniform.  The SJS gray or black zip up sweatshirts are the only exception as they can be worn daily. We have more Spirit Wear coming this summer!

Choice Lunch

Choice Lunch (our daily hot lunch program) will be returning for the 2022-2023 school year! Sign up below and use code: Jude.

School Day Schedule

School begins at 8am and ends at 2:45pm. Student drop-off begins at 7:30am,  first bell rings at 7:55am. Daycare is available from 3 pm – 5:30 pm for an additional fee.

Extended Daycare

St. Jude offers Daycare from dismissal time until 5:30 pm Monday through Friday unless stated otherwise on the school calendar.
