Packet Day is August 18, 2021 from 8am – 3pm.
New parent orientation is at noon.
UPDATE: Due to recent Covid-19 concerns, this is a parent-only event. 

If you are unable to attend, please plan to attend our make-up Packet Day on August 23rd, 8am – noon.


1. Please review school agreement forms with your family.

2. Print, initial and sign the Parent/Student Agreement Form. Bring with you to packet day.

3. Print, fill out and sign the back of the Emergency Earthquake Disaster Form. Bring with you to packet day.

4. Second Grade and above – bring $5 to purchase required Student Planner 

5. *Kindergarten- bring immunization record. Seventh Grade – bring proof of TDAP vaccination.   

*If your child has a food allergy:

Please download, print and fill out the Food Allergy Action Plan Form. Please have your physician sign.

*If your child requires prescribed medication at school:

Please download, print, fill out and have your physician sign the Medication Authorization Permission Form.

New Parents:

1. Please plan to attend the New Parent Orientation at noon on packet day.

2. Parents that will be volunteering or working with children must be Virtus trained and fingerprinted. Please click below for more information.

Additional Packet Day Information:

PTG will be selling spirit wear items and Luke’s Closet will be available on campus for gently used uniforms. Donations to Luke’s Closet benefits our sister school, Holy Spirit School in Los Angeles.

PTG will have information and sign-ups for volunteer opportunities for this year!
